Myles will begin with a detailed history about what is bringing you in. This will be followed by a systematic examination of the body part(s) that may be contributing to your pain or injury. Together we will review key details from the examination and come up with a treatment plan that matches your expectations and goals. Treatment may include manual therapy techniques to address soft tissue or joint restrictions, therapeutic exercise to aid in the rehabilitation process and prevent re-injury, functional dry needling, or other modalities to aid in symptom management.
