Description
Marissa graduated from the University of British Columbia with her Master’s of Physical Therapy after completing her Bachelor of Kinesiology. She is currently completing a fellowship in treating Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD) for patients with jaw pain. Post graduate studies have included Temporomandibular Disorders and Orofacial Pain, Facial Neuromuscular Retraining (for conditions such as Bell's Palsy and Ramsay Hunt Syndrome), IMS (intramuscular stimulation), Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy, Orthopaedic Division Manual Therapy Level 1, and Mulligan Concept Lower Quadrant.
