Description
Cheryl travelled to Italy in 2010 to study the deep fascia with Italian physiotherapist, Luigi Stecco, to better assess and treat musculoskeletal pain. In her experience, this approach called Fascial Manipulation®, has been an important way to evaluate and treat those individuals with problems not responding to conventional treatment. Fascial Manipulation® addresses the body as a system, which because of injuries or strain, can create compensations over time. Considering the body in this way, we can help to improve range of movement, strength and coordination.
