Vigour Physiotherapy is conveniently located in City Park directly across the street from City Hospital. At Vigour Physiotherapy we specialize in assessment and treatment of many common musculoskeletal problems such as lower back pain, neck pain, sprains/strains, tendinitises, postural pain, etc. We use a combination of patient education, mobility training, strength training, and supportive modalities such as joint mobilization, manipulation, soft tissue work, and dry needling to aid patients in their recovery from pain and injury.
