Our physiotherapists, pilates instructors and kinesiologists combine their expertise in manual therapy, movement education and acupuncture in order to prevent and alleviate pain and enhance performance. Our ultimate goal is to assist our clients to achieve strong, precise and comfortable movement within their body. Our aim is to facilitate that change and make it permanent.
