Jena graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 2005 and Kinesiology in 2002. She practiced 16 years in Alberta before moving to Vernon three years ago. Having overcome her own injuries, she brings unique empathy to treating diverse injuries and athletes. Jena specializes in dry needling (Gunn IMS), spinal manipulation, and vestibular rehabilitation, using a multifaceted approach combining IMS with manual therapy.
