Physiotherapy can help! Whether you have had a work or sports injury, car accident, surgery or a slip and fall, Amanda can help. Physiotherapists assess and treat injuries, manage and prevent pain and restore optimal function to people of all ages. With over 13 years of experience in the orthopaedic setting, Amanda uses a variety of techniques including acupuncture, taping, exercise prescription, ultrasound and electrical stim, with a hands-on active approach to recovery. Physiotherapy can also help neck/back pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel, jaw pain, headaches, postural issues and more.
