Description

In her practice Kelsey aims to not only treat symptoms but address the underlying cause of an issue with the goal of better long term performance or improved quality of life. Kelsey is certified in dry needling, manual therapy, clinical Pilates, concussion rehab, and the treatment of pelvic floor issues.

Prior to becoming a physiotherapist Kelsey was a full-time gymnastics coach working with competitive and recreational athletes. She continues to coach on a part-time basis and has worked as a team physiotherapist with B.C. athletes in artistic gymnastics at national level competitions.
