We offer evidence-based sports related and non sports related physiotherapy services with treatment focusing on specialized and specific functional exercise prescription, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques and modalities such as functional dry needling. Our goal is to help reduce pain, increase strength and conditioning and improve mobility to help you get back to your sport, work and everyday life with reduced pain and improved quality of life.
