With a robust background in strength and conditioning, Matt will facilitate growth in mental and physical resiliency in all of his clients in order to help them return to living active and full lives. Matt aims to empower individuals by promoting self-efficacy and building confidence in movement with all of his clients. When implementing a management plan Matt endeavours to integrate best practice interventions whilst working towards specific client goals. Matt considers providing clear and concise explanations to his clients with regard to their diagnosis and action plan, of great importance.
