Navjot Sidhu Registered Physiotherapist She is an enthusiastic and resourceful physiotherapist who is passionate about the therapeutic treatment of her patients by using different tools of physiotherapy (mobilization, trigger point release,muscle energy technique,shockwave therapy,myofacial release, and more). Her special interest lies in pelvic health-supporting pre- and postnatal clients (PELVIC FLOOR THERAPY) (during and after pregnancy). Integrating IMS dry needling into her practice allows her to decrease muscle tone, and decrease pain in patients with musculoskeletal conditions .
