Description
I have always been exposed to exercise even at a young age, joining swimming competitions one after the other gave me the opportunity to understand my own physical demands and limitations. With that in mind, the idea of rehabilitation has led me towards the path of physiotherapy where I can assist others in understanding their own capabilities and improving themselves through exercise despite injuries and pain.
