Description

We were made to move. Movement is paramount to our health and quality of life. My passion for movement, health and physical therapy began with my own personal experiences with injury and movement dysfunction. Having played competitive soccer for most of my life, I experienced a number of different injuries throughout my career. Now after 10 years of clinical practice I've put together a unique approach to wellness drawing on a wide range of clinical tools and hands on techniques to stimulate healing and also encourage an active therapeutic approach based on movement re-education and balance.
