Description
As a physiotherapist, Hiral is experienced and passionate about providing treatment with multiple techniques, including but not limited to: manual therapy, Mackenzie technique, myo-facial release (soft tissue release), muscle energy technique, and therapeutic exercise. Hiral is extremely passionate about helping patients enjoy doing what they love doing most, pain-free. She believes in prevention and maintenance of physical health and functioning, and focuses on improving body biomechanics, posture, and gait patterns. Hiral enjoys working with people of all age groups.

THE SPRUCE WELLNESS CLINIC offers high quality boutique-style health care. We identified a need for an interior designer-inspired space offering exemplary care in the healthcare industry. Our vision is to provide high quality health in an elevated environment that is accessible to all populations. We are currently offering PHYSIOTHERAPY, including Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Worker's Safety Insurance Board (WSIB), and Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA). Our eventual goal is to offer one-stop shop healthcare services. We provide direct billing for most insurance companies.
