Vanessa graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Honours Specialization in Kinesiology from Western University and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT) from University of Toronto.  

Vanessa has always been highly active in sports and grew up playing hockey competitively. While at Western she had the opportunity to work as a student athletic therapist with varsity teams which sparked her interest in physiotherapy.  These experiences have given Vanessa a unique appreciation of recovery from the client and therapist perspective.
