Lawrence is a practicing Physiotherapist, with a career spanning 20+ years in the fitness and rehab industry. He uses a continually-evolving approach along with his experience in strength training to provide his patients the optimal rehabilitative treatment. He has worked at the NHL and Tennis Canada as a strength and conditioning coach. He also teaches Orthopaedic Medicine to the 1st and 2nd year Emergency Resident Doctors at North York General. Lawrence holds a teaching assistant position at Queen's University and is involved in the Clinal labs at the University of Toronto
