Ingrid believes in partnering with her patients to find the best individualized therapeutic plan. She is committed to providing compassionate, culturally safe and trauma-informed care to her patients. Ingrid graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Kinesiology. Ingrid has training in women’s health, orthopedics and paediatrics physiotherapy. Ingrid has experience working with all ages from babies to retirees, she believes everyone has the potential to move better regardless of their age
