Outside of her academic and professional life, Alyssa enjoys playing sports, including basketball, volleyball, and ultimate frisbee. She also ran her first half marathon in 2023 and is training for a full marathon in the coming years. Through her educational background and clinical experience, Alyssa has developed a deep understanding of the human body, allowing her to create effective treatment plans tailored to the needs of her clients.
