Kathy has over 15 years of experience working as a Certified Hand Therapist, and over 30 years of experience overall as a Physical Therapist. She received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia in 1993. She began her career treating as a Manual Therapist seeing all orthopaedic/musculoskeletal conditions. In 2001, she redirected her training and practice to Hand and Upper Limb therapy, and received the designation of Certified Hand Therapist in 2009. Hand therapists specialize in the treatment of conditions of the hand, wrist, and upper extremity.

- Kathy is a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) with experience and training in Hand Injuries including Mallet finger, wrist and hand fractures, tendon and ligament injuries, thumb pain and injuries. Kathy completed her Physical Therapy degree at UBC in Vancouver in 1993 and has been a Certified Hand Therapist since 2009. She trained and worked with AHS Hand Therapy/Hand Clinic.
