Description

Paola received her Masters of Physiotherapy degree at McMaster University, where she also worked as a strength and conditioning coach with various varsity sports teams, focusing on the men’s and women’s soccer teams. Previously, she went to the University of Toronto where she received her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology degree and played on the varsity soccer team.
With experience in working with diverse populations in the contexts of rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention, Paola is committed to collaborating with her patients to develop individualized rehabilitation plans

We are a patient centered multi-disciplinary team consisting of chiropractic, physiotherapy, fascial stretch therapy and athletic therapy. Our integrated team provides the highest quality of care for all aspects of your health.Our wellness staff is educated to treat and diagnose an extensive range of musculoskeletal disorders including back pain, neck pain, work and sports injuries, sprains and strains, headaches, whiplash, arthritis, to name a few. Using our unique round table approach to patient care, our wellness team collaboratively determines a plan to optimize your health and well-being.
