Katherine grew up in Northern Ontario living an active and outdoor lifestyle. Katherine is an experienced physiotherapist, published author, certified educator and a co-creator of Cognitive Augmented Mobility. Katherine is a life longer learner who has taken myriad continuing education courses and certifications over the years, such as: Manual Concepts Program (Australia), Active Release Therapy Certifications, Manual Therapy Levels (Ontario), Myofascial Release, Cognitive Health/Neuroplasticity, Functional Movement Training, Functional Dry Needling, and many more.
