Simone graduated from McGill University in 2016 with a Master of Science, Applied, in Physical Therapy after graduating from McMaster University in 2014 with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Her love for living an active lifestyle, including running and swimming, led to her interest in a career in physiotherapy. Simone believes that an injury or pain has both physical and psychological aspects, and it is important to address both components in the rehab process. This may include techniques to minimize stress or rethinking how you interpret your injury.
