Description
Yuho is passionate about physical activity and health and has a special interest in sports medicine. He believes in working together with his patients to develop and execute plans of care to help them achieve their meaningful goals. His treatment approach is providing a patient-centered care with an emphasis on personalized exercise-based intervention and education to empower each individual to take an active role in their recovery. In his free time, Yuho enjoys staying active, and watching movies. He also loves travelling and is probably making an itinerary for his next trip.

Education
- Yuho completed his undergraduate degree with Honours Bachelor of Science (Kinesiology) degree at McMaster university before pursuing Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University. He has had the opportunity to work with various populations, including those with general orthopedic conditions, military personnel, elderly patients with multiple comorbidities, post-surgery, and stroke. As part of his MSc PT degree, Yuho also had an opportunity to travel to Tanzania and experience how the physiotherapy profession can be adapted to meet the demands of various cultures.
