Description

I have had the pleasure of treating in Whitby for
​over 12 years but have been treating in a private clinic since graduating from Queens University in 2003.  I also have a degree in Human Kinetics from Ottawa University (1999).  Although I treat all types of injuries, I have a special interest in pelvic health and love teaching wellness classes to keep our active population moving better. I would like to encourage women to take an active approach to their pelvic wellness and get them back to all activities, worry-free.

the practice of wellness, exercise and pain management.

Our  therapists are trained in manual therapy, acupuncture, cupping, and use a variety of modalities (ultrasound, muscle stimulation, TENS).

Our services cater to private clients and our hassle free billing allows us to bill to your extended health coverage.
