Description

Cara completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University. Prior to this, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Specialization in Kinesiology from Queen’s University.  She has received certifications in concussion diagnosis and management, manual therapy, taping, acupuncture, laser therapy and ergonomic assessment. She represented Canada at the Global Health Institute in Norway, where she learned about disability and its impact on rehabilitation.

We believe in providing hands-on care while incorporating
the practice of wellness, exercise and pain management.

Our  therapists are trained in manual therapy, acupuncture, cupping, and use a variety of modalities (ultrasound, muscle stimulation, TENS).

Our services cater to private clients and our hassle free billing allows us to bill to your extended health coverage.
