Description

Functional Movement based Physiotherapist who incorporates Neurokinetic Therapy, SFMA, Anatomy in Motion and other functional assessment systems to pinpoint the cause of dysfunction and devise a global, individualized treatment plan. Her treatment sessions integrate soft tissue work, repair of motor pattern dysfunction through exercise prescription, contemporary medical electro-acupuncture, manual therapy, performance taping.

She is a Clinical Instructor for The University of Toronto. She has prior experience with English Premiership Rugby, Rugby Ontario and with the Marlies’ AAA Midget Team.

Shift Bodywork & Performance Care was created with a vision for a more comprehensive approach to treatment and performance. 

Collectively, we explore how adaptation impacts the body post-injury to create lasting dysfunction. Through movement, manual therapy and repatterning, we guide the body to reorganize and shift towards a state in which it thrives. 

We incorporate transformative techniques that combine the science and art of healing to promote a shift away from pain and towards improved function, movement, and performance.
