Description
I’ve spent my life being active. Swimming, triathlon, weightlifting, BJJ… I’ve used exercise to feel alive, to socialize, to push myself, to cope. For me the value of being active cannot be understated. Recharge is the fruit of that understanding and is where I train, rehabilitate, and educate others to move well.
