Description
As a mom of three kids ages 3 and under, I understand the challenges of caring for our own bodies while supporting the development of our little ones. This is why I am passionate about both pelvic health and pediatric physiotherapy. I would be honoured to support you through some of the physical changes that come with pregnancy, delivery, and the postpartum period. Together we will find how physiotherapy can fit into your life so you can minimize discomfort during pregnancy, prep for delivery, and maintain or return to the activities you love to do.
