Kendra a physiotherapist, has been an athlete all her life, with a background in gymnastics and more recently competing at an elite level in climbing and Spartan racing, as well as trail running recreationally. After sustaining a complex ankle injury in gymnastics, she worked closely with a physiotherapist during her recovery, which inspired her to pursue a career in physiotherapy.
