Megha has over 17 years of experience working as a Registered Physiotherapist in New Delhi (India) and in Ontario (Canada). Megha has completed various fellowship programs in Rehab, concussion management and level 1 acupuncture. 
Her knowledge, experience, and the skills that she had developed throughout her career allow Megha to develop a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan for her clients. She uses a holistic approach in implementing various advanced techniques such “hands-on” manual therapy, joint mobilization, soft tissue release, functional movement, and therapeutic/strengthening
