The physiotherapist was excellent and was able to quickly identify what the issue was. She gave me practical exercises to do at home to provide relief from the pain. She asked lots of questions in order to narrow down what the problem was and was easy to speak to. My only problem was with the receptionist who was discussing politics at the front desk with another patient as I was paying. I had to bite my tongue not to intervene as her comments were very abrasive.
