Description
Valerie completed her PhD in Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine at Saint Petersburg Medical University I.P. Pavlov. After immigrating to Canada in 2005, she completed a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy at Queen’s University in Kingston in 2011. For more than a decade, Valerie has continued pursuing her curiosity for movement and its impact on all aspects of the human body. Also a certified GYROTONIC® trainer, she utilizes GYROTONIC® applications within her physiotherapy practice, particularly for treating chronic low back pain and pelvic floor conditions.
