Very impressed with facility/staff. Difficult to speak to reception over the phone; therefore, have to leave messages. They return messages within 1-2 business days. Mildly unimpressed with the dispute of my FAF between the physiotherapist/receptionist & myself: I have never filled a FAF so was going by my GP's directives & relayed information from GP. The physiotherapist was very thorough, knowledgeable and courteous
