Description
Julie assesses and treats using a manual therapy hands-on approach combined with her knowledge of functional movement. Clients can expect treatment sessions to be 30-45min, which are typically a combination of manual therapy, functional movement education, exercise progression, education, and modalities (including Dry Needling & Laser therapy). Her goal with treatment is not only to offer pain relief but to also help her clients return to any activities in daily life that their injury/pain has affected.
