Description
Amy began her post-secondary education at Wilfrid Laurier University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Kinesiology. She then went on to complete her Masters of Physiotherapy at McMaster University. She began her career practicing in an orthopaedic setting, and then transitioned to working with clients with pelvic health concerns. Amy is passionate about working with individuals to address their pelvic health needs, and enjoys providing a comprehensive approach to treatment including tailored exercise programs, education, lifestyle modification, and manual therapy.

Amy was highly professional. She took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed my skepticism with factual information. She explained my treatment plan in technical terms that I could understand and described the assessment that she was going to conduct, continually checking in to gauge my comfort level. Amy is the second physiotherapist that I have met with, and I highly recommend her.

One of the best medical practitioners I have seen. Asks good questions, listens, and tailors a physio plan accordingly. Exercises are targeted, achievable and clearly communicated. Cannot recommend enough.
