Jez holds a BHSc in Kinesiology from Ontario Tech and an MSc in Physiotherapy from U of T. With experience in outpatient orthopedics, he specializes in post-op and sports injuries. He’s trained in cervicothoracic/lumbopelvic care, shoulder rehab, pain science, acupuncture, vestibular rehab, and Neurokinetic Therapy. Jez follows a holistic, client-centered approach. Outside work, he enjoys learning, fitness, and sharing meals with loved ones.
