Nicole is Okanagan born and raised. She has her certification in AN-IMS (intramuscular stimulation / dry needling), concussion management and therapy with vestibular therapy from CCMI and has learned fascia release work.

Her approach incorporates the benefits of hands-on manual therapies and home exercise programs to help create lasting changes.
