She has her certification in AN-IMS (intramuscular stimulation / dry needling), concussion management and therapy with vestibular therapy from CCMI and has learned fascia release work. Her approach to physiotherapy treatment is to empower clients to take control of their rehabilitation journey. Her approach incorporates the benefits of hands-on manual therapies and home exercise programs to help create lasting changes. She combines dry needling/IMS, soft tissue work, fascial release and joint mobilizations to increase function and decrease pain.
