Description
Leah completed both her M. PT and her B.Kin at the University of Manitoba. Leah believes in utilizing evidence-based practice to guide all of her assessments and treatments by using a combination of manual therapy (hands-on) techniques, therapeutic exercises, and education. With her background in Kinesiology and experience as a personal trainer, she takes an active approach when appropriate to help foster return to work and sport. She has completed her IMS (dry needling), Ortho Level 3, management of the older adult, soft tissue release, concussion management, and acupuncture certification
