Description
Kelly graduated with her Master’s of Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in 2009. She has over 10 years of experience treating a variety of populations and musculoskeletal issues. She enjoys employing a hands on, manual therapy approach to her sessions, using acupuncture and exercise prescription to round out a client’s treatment. Her love for powerlifting and Crossfit has given her specialised knowledge in incorporating body weight, barbell and dumbbells movements into rehab.
