Nilesh's focus is firmly on the needs of his patients. His strength is in setting reachable goals with patients and providing the guidance to achieve them. He has found his best outcomes result from treatment focused on education and exercise combined with manual therapy such as joint mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, nerve mobilization, Mulligan mobilization with movements and other therapeutic techniques. Nilesh believes that the patient knows their body very well and by taking the time to listen, he can provide the patient with exactly what they need.
