Description
Shikha received her doctoral degree in Rehabilitation Sciences from McGill University and her research focussed on motor-cognitive assessment and concussion rehabilitation. She has published over 20 scientific papers on various topics related to injuries, assessment and treatment approaches. Shikha believes that anyone and everyone can benefit from physiotherapy to meet their health and fitness goals, and is passionate about improving physical literacy of her clients to ensure a healthier lifestyle.
