About

My name is Mark Austin. I have been practicing physiotherapy since 2013, after transforming my own life through fitness and nutrition.

After years of working busy, fast-paced clinics, I wanted to treat in a way that felt authentic to me. This meant always having plenty of time for each patient, no matter how big or small their problem; adhering to a science and evidence-based approach; and making sure that no patient fell through the cracks. I opened physiobox, seeing fewer patients in a day, over longer sessions, in order to provide high-quality, holistic and science-based physiotherapy.
