Sonia graduated with her M.Sc. in Physical Therapy from McGill University. She also holds a B.Sc. in Kinesiology. Since graduating, she has worked in private orthopaedic physiotherapy. With her experience, Sonia has developed a thorough understanding of the human body and its complexities. Sonia uses a holistic approach, focusing on all aspects of the individual and identifying the root of the problem.
