A former personal trainer and advanced-level powerlifter, he develops personalized rehabilitation programs focused on strength. Additionally, his experience in clinical research at the Montreal Neurological Institute ensures the use of evidence-based practice. Passionate about manual therapy, Osa helps correct musculoskeletal imbalances while also encouraging an active approach with exercises.
