Arriving at my appointment I feel tired and lack confidence. Charn Painter starts by asking a few questions and my answers seem to direct her in how she works with me. I do do my homework between visits but not as often as I should. Charn gently pushes me and provides working alternatives when problems arise. At the end, I feel confident and generally happy.
