Description
Véronique grew up in the Ottawa/Gatineau area and travelled often to Portugal, where part of her family resides. From a young age, she participated in a variety of sports activities. She did several years of gymnastics and tumbling, then a few years of flag football. More recently, she has started playing tennis, paddleboarding and volleyball. She has a particular interest in sports injuries, exercise programs (stretching, strengthening, balance, etc.) and injury prevention while encouraging self-management/autonomy in the form of tips to follow at home.
