I graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and went on to pursue my Masters of Physical Therapy from Western University.

My goal is to educate and equip my clients with the tools necessary for them to take control of their care and prevent future injuries. I’m passionate about empowering my clients to become experts in their own rehabilitation journeys and become the best versions of themselves. I use an evidence-based practice including individualized exercise therapy, manual therapy, and education to help my clients achieve their goals and participate in activities that they love.
