Description
My passion for physical activity and rehab led me to pursue first a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University, followed by a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. Using an exercise and manual therapy-based approach, I firmly believe that physiotherapy is most effective when care is delivered with strong communication and empowerment through education. My priorities are to ensure you feel listened to, understood, and able to enjoy your own personal experience and process of recovery.
