Description

I view physiotherapy and rehabilitation as a team effort involving myself and the client. In addition to manual therapy, exercises, IMS/dry needling, and acupuncture, I believe that educating the clients about their conditions and how to manage their symptoms outside of the clinic will lead to a more successful outcome.

I enjoy working with a variety of people in different stages of their injury and rehabilitation. Having gone through injuries and surgeries as an athlete in the past, I have a special interest in sports-related injuries, and pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation.
