Tamarrah completed her Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa. She has found her niche in sports rehabilitation from every level of athlete from weekend warrior, to young developing athlete to college and professional. She also has much experience working with the Canadian Forces Veterans population.

Tamarrah is happy to provide services that focus on exercise rehabilitation, injury prevention, manual therapy, Adaptive Bodyworks, and acupuncture/dry needling. Tamarrah also offers Compression Sock fitting, brace fitting and custom brace measuring and fittings.

We treat musculoskeletal injuries for athletic and non-athletic injuries. All of our treatments are hands-on and use advanced soft tissue therapy, rehab exercises, & dry needling.

Our personal training consists of a comprehensive approach that includes both therapist and trainer. We deliver results by offering customized plans for each client.
